Questions and Answers
The Ford Sterling 10.25 has great ground clearance, strong shafts and it's not too hard to find, but it can still be improved upon. One easy way is to convert to disc brakes, this saves both weight and improves stopping distance. With our Ford sterling bolt on disc brake brackets the conversion is a simple task. The brackets are sold in pairs and you will need to source a pair of 1996 Ford E350 van rear rotors (Napa part #4886799 ) and a set of 1974 GM ¾ ton front calipers (Napa part #CAL N4957 and CAL N4596).
Q:
What size rims would you need to run for clearance for this set up?

Dan Cain

A:
You need to run at least 16" wheels, we would recommend larger because some manufacturers of wheels vary in size just a hair. a 17" wheel should be just about perfect
