Barnes 4wd’s Return Policy

What is your return policy? We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will also be accepted for full return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Any return for any other reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee and must be in like new condition. Refunds will be given up to 30 days of purchase. Any return after 30 days will be given store credit.  No return is accepted after 90 days of purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the product is defective or damaged upon your receipt, you do not have to pay return shipping and will receive a 100% refund; however, in any other instance, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Can I make exchanges? As stated in the Return Policy, any product can be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, returned products that are in like-new condition can be returned for store credit up to 90 days from date of purchase.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

What if my order qualified for free shipping? On any order there is a cost to ship the product. Your refund will be based on what was paid for the item minus what it cost us to ship it to the customer and a 15% restocking fee.
