Jeep JK 1 Ton Swap Offset Front Lower Control Arm Kit

This front lower control arm kit is designed to make swapping a Superduty Dana 60 axle into you Jeep Wrangler JK or JKU even easier!  Due to the size of the casting on the 1 ton Super Duty axle the lower control arm mounts have to be located farther apart.  While some control arms can be reused after the swap the operating angle of the suspension joints are usually less than ideal.  This kit includes two joints with a 10 degree offset, this offset moves the joints to the middle of their travel to avoid binding and provide maximum articulation.  This allows you to retain the factory frame side lower control arm mounts.  A piece of 2 inch diameter tubing with a 1/4 inch wall is included so you can customize the length of the arm to your lift height.   This kit will require cutting, welding and general fabrication skills.
