Q: drag link is a direct fit once its cut or it has to be bent?
A: It should only have to be cut because it has offset tie rod ends.
Q: So I’m swapping jk axles into my xj. My question is, which reamer will I need to mount this up to my xj pitman arm?
A: I would recommend our tapered steering knuckle insert part Number: OSST90 in this application.
Q: Will this work with a 06 dana 60 swap?
Q: Will this work on a 2016 Rubicon 4 door ?
A: Yes it should. As long as the kit is assembled correctly this will work for your application.
Q: Is this a direct bolt-on for a 2016 JKU?
A: Once it is assembled yes but this kit will require cutting the tubing to the proper length for your application, and welding in the provided tube inserts. I recommend looking at part number B4WK12293.
I have a JK and I want to the DOM one ton steering kit but i dont see the option for DOM flip kit. Can I order the one ton kit with different components?
A: Please review the build sheet below.
Q: The stock knuckles and pitman arm will have to be reamed out to 7/8" to accept the gm tie rods correct? Or will they only need reamed/drilled out if the assembly is flipped?
A: The knuckle side drag link hole only needs to be drilled if you are going over the knuckle. (This kit is not over the knuckle)
