A: This diff cover is about 3 1/4" hooking the lip to the tallest point on the cover.

A: Unfortunately we do not do one off diff covers.

A: This will stick out 3 5/16" form the mounting surface.
Q: I bought one of these heavy duty covers from local 4x4 shop they didn’t have the Allan bolts with it. (What is exact size so I can pick some up from hardware store and did you say torc to 15lbs on all of cap bolts?
A: They are 5/16-18x3/4 and you need 10 of them. Yes torque them to 15ft lbs.
Q: Would we need to up the gear oil volume due to the different shape of cover? If so, about how much?
A: You will need to add gear oil to the differential until it is at least half way up the ring gear.
Q: Will your Dana 44 cover fit a 1976 Scout?
A: It should fit the axle but may not work with the factory steering and suspension.
