This U Bolt retention plate is made for Scout Narrow width Leaf Springs and due to the oval bolt holes it will fit an axle from 2.5 to 3.5" in diameter, so if you upgrade axles you won't need new U Bolt Plates. It is also set up for 3 different mounting position options so wheelbase can be adjusted. The ends are bent at a 45 degree angle for additional lateral strength and it is .375" (3/8) thick. It is made from HR P&O Steel Plate. Sold in pairs.
