This is what you need to make that Crossmember bulletproof and still vibration dampening, it comes with everything and is made of 2.0" DOM with a .25" wall and .375 Tabs for frame mounting (we can replace with 1.75" or 2.0" Radius Tabs for tube mounting).. It comes with 2 grade 8, 9/16" bolts with Lock nuts, and a 1/4" Grease Zirk installed, 4 high quality Bushings, and an inner Sleeves Cadmium coated. We add the Grease Zirk so that you don't need to use greasable bolts, we think of greasable bolts simply as a weak link waiting to break (why would you want to drill a hole in a perfectly good bolt anyway?). They are 2.5" wide. Sold in pairs.
